Having read yours (above), his (at the link), and yours again — comparing and contrasting — and having emailed you some rather controversial material of my own which you choose to pass up.
On the one hand, I’d say that you seem to have put words in his mouth. On the other hand, yes, you are a bit daring.
Nevertheless there also seems to be limits as to how provocative you are willing to be — maybe he noticed that in your blog? I know that being paid or vested means that most men are careful how they prophesy again their own kind. Perhaps, love and grace call for kindness and forbearance. What do you wish to be? You hint at your own bravery, no? Analyse that, dear brother.
I served on staff for about six years with the other Wade mentioned in the article….he’s a good dude.
Good article. I think he captured you quite accurately.
Like Jay, I’ve alse serves on a church staff with Wade, and have known him for 11 years. I think the article reflects Wade pretty well.

You’re a safe writer… That doesn’t mean it’s stuff not worth reading, just not as controversial as some others are.
I’ll take thoughtful dialogue over controversial issues any day!
