If we had cable TV I’d be hooked on the Deadliest Catch on the Discovery Channel.
I watched it several times in the condo during vacation and I was mesmerized. I’m putting being a deckhand on a crab boat in the Bering Sea at the very top of my list of jobs I don’t want to do myself but love watching somebody else do on TV. If you’ve got cable check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
I bet if you went to Youtube.com you could watch all of the episodes on there. Great show…but it doesn’t compare to Man vs. Wild.
There is your Discovery Channel breakdown…
Gulf Shores is great, wish I was there too. I love the show too, but if I was there in real life, I would be sea sick. Grew up on the ocean, and still get motion sick. Have you ever tried going whale watching?

Must be a guy thing. My husband and my dad both love watching that show too! And sometimes there is a show “After the Catch” where they sit around and talk about their experiences. Don’t know if you caught this episode or not, but they rescued a guy who had fallen off of another boat into the freezing water. That was amazing.
I think Zac P and I are cut out of the same DNA. I’ll stay up at night to watch Deadliest Catch but I’d run through a black sand wind desert in Iceland to watch Man vs. Wild. ESPN and Discovery…the only reasons for cable.
It is addictive. Mythbusters is worse. I have downloaded near every episode of Mythbusters and Future Weapons. It is a terrible habit really.
