I’ve been at a satellite gathering for the Leadership Summit. It’s only about 20 minutes from my house. Hybels was good. The interview with Fiorina was very interesting. I had trouble staying with Flake. Buckingham was awesome.

I agree completely with your post. I would like to have heard Flake reflect on his work. I had difficulty following him.
I thought the interview yesterday with Colin Powell was very good. One of the best interviews I have ever seen with him.
the “world’s foremost expert in strategic planning” was awful. Maybe it was too early in the morning…but I was dying! the rest yesterday was great. well i don’t know if I should call the last session great. But i can’t get it out of my head.

We saw Buckingham last year at Catalyst, I totally loved what he had to say. We are moving towards using his “Trombone Player Wanted” with our entire family.
