While Heather is out of the country on a mission trip, the boys and I are spending some time in Texas with my parents. Last night it started raining. And it rained and rained and rained.
Long story short: we’re right in the middle of all of the flooding just north of Austin that you’re hearing about on the news. All the roads to and from my parents house are closed right now.

Denver City and Seminole got hit pretty hard last night as well…90 mph winds…
was driving through Mason, Llano, Burnet yesterday and the Llano river was raging…I know that’s not cool for some people but it’s good to see the water up. Last night it rained over Austin for a good four hours and hard.
