Just finishing up a nice two week vacation.
Congratulations to the Spurs. I was one of the three people who tuned in to watch last night. It was interesting to watch how involved David Robinson was in the celebration. Maybe that “family” talk that’s always coming from the Spurs is a reality.
I’m sure it’s just childhood nostalgia but nothing in the NBA today compares with watching Bird, Magic, and sometimes Dr. J play in June. I remember running outside during commercials to shoot a few jumpers under a warm west Texas moon. I looked forward to the intros Brent Musburger did for each game almost as much as the game itself.

Well said though I could barely watch any of these finals. The CBS lead-in music, Bird, Magic, The Forum, The Garden. It just does not get any better.

I am glad your back. GO SPURS GO! YEAH! The look on Big Shot Robs Face 7 rings. 7! Tim Duncan’s 4th win SA. The look on Tony Parkers face when he won the MVP trophy. He is having a great year.. Tony Parker: 25, MVP, marry Ava Longoria. What more can you ask for?
