Apparantly in Bono, “the Street has no name.” This is a church that truly understands the worship of the trinity as the worship of the “One;” that encourages its members to come “with or without you; ” where on Greenday (also known as Earthday) they can proudly say “The saints are coming;” where worship is truly an experience in “Elevation;” where “every sunday its a “Beautiful Day;” and where communion is the “Sweetest thing” pointing to the “Window in the Sky.”
I listened to your message when you were at HOCC, It was from Acts 8, it was great, one of the best ever over that text. You really made the text have meaning.
My folks and other family live there. One of their members at Bono, a lady, was one of the teachers who was shot in the Jonesboro shootings of 1998 by. The shooters, if you recall, were age 11 and 13. The bullet just missed her aorta if I remember correctly. I’ve been to that church but it was many years ago.
